and so i signed a contract with CONVERGYS last tuesday. define one-day processing.

laine and i came there at around 10am, had the initial interview right before lunch, took the exams at 1230pm, then had the final interview at 5pm. by 730pm, i was in the job offer presentation and signed the contract at around 8pm.

since then, i became a CONVERGYS "probationary employee". one foot out the door. the contract says i start on july 6. that falls on a thursday. how could a workweek start at midweek? oh well.

am i happy? not really. guess you know that by know. but then again, should i always be unhappy? i should start counting my blessings.

there's makati. THE city. the lights. the hustle bustle of people walking to and from the high-rise buildings.

the makati girls. the nights of fun and laughter that were once exclusive to LB.

lalala (a la grace). i can only look forward to those.

and then there's the escape from my sedentary lifestyle for the past year.

suddenly, i feel less burdened. light. counting blessings is fun. or at least, looking forward to them is. guess i have to make this a habit.
